At Visionbody, we stand behind our high-performance gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our system and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
